Tuna Salad

Ingredients

Serves 6
4 99g cans Pastene Tuna in Olive Oil
2 celery stalks, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 medium red onion, minced
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
freshly ground black pepper and sea salt to taste

Directions

Prep time: 10 minutesĀ 

  • In a medium bowl, combine tuna, celery, onion, lemon juice, and garlic.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Serve immediately with toast or crackers or cover and chill until serving.
