2 | 398 ml cans Pastene Fire Roasted Tomatoes, drained | |
4 Tbsp | Pastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil | |
3 | garlic cloves, minced | |
¼ cup | fresh basil, roughly chopped | |
1 | French baguette, cut into 1" thick slices | |
1 tsp | kosher salt | |
½ tsp | pepper |
Directions
Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 5 minutes
- Combine tomatoes, olive oil, basil, garlic, salt and pepper in medium bowl.
- Cut baguette into 1″ thick slices and toast until lightly browned.
- Top the toasted bread with the tomato mixture and serve.
