Pastene Bruschetta

Ingredients

Serves 6-8
2 398 ml cans Pastene Fire Roasted Tomatoes, drained
4 Tbsp Pastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup fresh basil, roughly chopped
1 French baguette, cut into 1" thick slices
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp pepper

Directions

Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 5 minutes

  • Combine tomatoes, olive oil, basil, garlic, salt and pepper in medium bowl.
  • Cut baguette into 1″ thick slices and toast until lightly browned.
  • Top the toasted bread with the tomato mixture and serve.
