1 | 398 ml can Pastene Artichoke Hearts, well drained | |
3 tbsp | fresh lemon juice | |
2 tbsp | Pastene Extra Light Olive Oil | |
3 | garlic cloves, minced | |
salt and pepper to taste |

Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Refrigerate artichoke hearts until chilled. Meanwhile, mix lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and salt and pepper to make the dressing.
- Pour dressing over artichoke just before serving.
