This Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is made from specially selected grapes. The must is cooked and naturally aged in chestnut, oak and mulberry wood barrels. Its brown color, exquisite fragrance and sweet flavor are characteristically unique. Use if for salads dressing, fruit salads, marinades. It adds zest to soup and tomato sauce.
